Custom & Personalized Orders

Because each item is custom-made using your personal photos, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damages & Errors

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error. We will gladly replace the item or make it right.
